James Marks is a chiropractor at, and the owner of Pukekohe Chiropractic with a passion for helping people thrive. With a background in HR, recruitment, and yoga teaching (certified in India), James found his calling in chiropractic after witnessing its profound impact on both animals and people. Inspired by his first adjustment in York, England, he returned home to complete five years of study at the New Zealand College of Chiropractic.

James believes in making life better and easier for his patients through personalised care. When he’s not in the clinic, you’ll find him playing golf, exploring the Waitakere Ranges, or enjoying a BBQ. His mission is to support the Pukekohe community to live well and do more of what they love.
